Capt Billy Black has been a professional fisherman for over 30 years. His sportfishing boat, the 50 foot Hatteras "Duchess", was the premier charter boat out of Walker's Cay for most of that time. During his long tenure in the Bahamas, Capt Billy Black has had, at one time or another, many of the Bahamian record catches for Blue Marlin, White Marlin, Bluefin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Dolphin, Wahoo, and Sailfish.

Capt Billy Black was raised in Madison County, Florida, hunting for rabbits, hogs, deer, quail, dove, and gators. He has lived life as an avid hunter and an outdoorsman. The past two years he has been a licensed alligator hunter and agent, an activity in which he has found much success. Capt Billy Black is most at peace when he is surrounded by nature and the great outdoors.
